What you'll do
Audit, analyse and reconcile payroll data from multiple sources, identifying discrepancies and recommending appropriate corrections.Administer base and non-base pay components, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and regulatory compliance.Investigate and resolve complex payroll, compensation and benefits queries, using system reports to identify issues and trends.Test payroll system enhancements and new requirements, developing test cases and validating data accuracy and completeness.Provide guidance and support to managers and colleagues on payroll processes, system functionality, calculations and complex transactions.Contribute to payroll-related projects and process improvements, supporting greater operational efficiency.
What you bring
Payroll experience within a financial services or similarly regulated environment, ideally supporting medium-sized organisations.Experience managing global and outsourced payroll across different jurisdictions, including knowledge of local payroll requirements.Strong end-to-end payroll experience, covering the full payroll lifecycle from data input and validation through to reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.Experience supporting expatriate payroll and related employee compensation matters.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience; Accounting or Finance background preferred.FPC, CPP or another relevant financial/payroll qualification would be advantageous.
