Robert Walters has partnered with a leading organisation in their field to support their search for a Project Manager. This role involves managing the delivery of business-critical projects to cover maternity leave. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver on the current portfolio of work.
Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and provide programme reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, using delivery data to demonstrate effective project control.Strengthen the Project Management function by improving governance, processes, and reporting mechanisms.Lead project delivery across engineering teams using Agile methodologies. Experience Required:
5+ years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment, ideally within software development. Applicants with operational, commercial, or engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Formal training in delivery management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, PMQ).Recent hands-on experience in Agile delivery across multiple teams.
