A strong opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor seeking seniority, leadership responsibility and a clear route towards partnership within an established Thames Valley practice.
The role will include:
Advising on complex wills, trusts, probate, estate administration and tax planningAdvising HNW individuals and business owners on wealth protection and succession planningSupervising and mentoring junior team membersManaging client relationships and contributing to business developmentWorking alongside financial advisers, tax specialists and other professional advisersAdvising on LPAs, Court of Protection and capacity mattersOur client is a highly regarded full-service law firm with offices across the Thames Valley. Its Private Client team advises high-net-worth individuals and families on complex wills, trusts, estates, tax and succession planning. The firm is looking for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor/Team Leader to take a leading role within the team, managing a high-value caseload alongside supervising and developing junior lawyers and support staff.
