Learning Support Assistant - Physical Disabilities & Complex Needs Location: Northampton Salary: £92.56-£95per day Contract: Full-time, long-term Start Date: ASAP
Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive school in Northampton, providing dedicated support to students with physical disabilities and complex needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in care, SEN or support work who is confident providing both personal care and physical support.
The Role Providing 1:1 and/or small-group support to students with physical disabilities and complex needsSupporting students with personal care where requiredAssisting with manual handling, mobility and transfersSupporting students to access learning and participate fully in school lifeWorking closely with teaching staff and other professionals to provide consistent support Requirements Previous experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities and/or complex needsEssential manual handling experience/trainingExperience supporting with personal carePatient, caring and adaptable approachPrevious experience within a school, care or support setting is desirable Why Tradewind?
