A Global Client Production Finance Lead is required to join our client who are redefining content production through data, agentic AI and Intelligent Content, helping brands deliver content that drives business growth.
Reporting to the EVP, Global Solutions Finance Director, you will take ownership of client finance across a defined global portfolio, providing strategic financial leadership to drive revenue growth, improve profitability and deliver commercial excellence. Working closely with Global Production client leadership, the Global Chief Client Officer and executive stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, leading commercial negotiations and ensuring strong financial performance across client engagements.
You will also lead and develop a team of senior client finance professionals, driving accountability, consistent processes and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
Providing strategic financial leadership across an assigned portfolio of global clients, partnering with Global Production Client Leads to align financial and operational strategyWorking closely with the Global Chief Client Officer and executive leadership on financial strategy, investment decisions and portfolio growth prioritiesLeading the development and negotiation of commercial models, fees, rate cards and contractual terms with clients and procurement teamsOverseeing Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring contractual compliance and consistency across the portfolioPartnering with the Commercial Finance Director on new business pitches, pricing structures and rate card developmentLeading revenue forecasting, revenue recognition and monthly client cost forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting against business targetsDeveloping annual revenue and client cost plans, providing clear insight into performance and future projections for client, regional and executive leadershipLeading quarterly Client Profitability Reviews, identifying key drivers of performance and implementing initiatives to improve margins and drive profitable growthOverseeing billing, work in progress (WIP), collections and financial controls, resolving variances and supporting internal and external auditsApplying AI tools to financial analysis and planning to uncover business insights, inform revenue growth strategies and support wider organisational objectivesLeading and developing the Client Finance team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, coaching and professional developmentChampioning continuous improvement, standardised processes and best practice across client finance operations What we’re looking for:
Significant progressive finance experience, with a strong background in client finance or commercial finance within a complex, matrixed organisationProduction or agency client finance experience is strongly preferredProven experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams at a senior levelStrong commercial acumen, with experience in contract negotiations, fee structures and rate card developmentExcellent strategic leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at executive level across finance and non-finance teamsExperience with financial systems and analytical tools; familiarity with AI-enabled financial planning tools would be advantageousFMCG or Food & Beverage exposure would be helpful but is not essentialA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, with a master’s degree or professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferred This is an opportunity to take on a senior global finance leadership role within a business transforming the future of content production. Location: London, with a minimum of four days per week in the office. Travel may be required to support client and organisational priorities across regions.
