A fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a highly regarded and established independent property business
Working within a successful and busy lettings team, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of residential properties across Exeter and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone with property experience who enjoys a varied role, building relationships with landlords and tenants and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of properties.
Role Overview
Managing a portfolio of residential propertiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenantsCoordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor worksCarrying out property inspections and following up on any required actionsManaging tenancy queries and resolving issues effectivelyOverseeing check-ins, check-outs and associated tenancy mattersEnsuring properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard About You
Previous experience within lettings or property managementStrong communication and customer service skillsOrganised and confident managing a varied workloadProactive, personable and able to work effectively as part of a teamFull UK driving licence and access to your own car What’s in it for you?
