The Role
As People Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to managers across the business, providing proactive and commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a visible, hands-on role where you will balance day-to-day employee relations with engagement initiatives, recruitment support and data-led decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing employee relations cases end-to-end including absence, conduct, performance and grievancesCoaching and advising managers on best practice people managementSupporting recruitment activity, onboarding and agency liaisonChampioning colleague engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiativesSupporting organisational change and workforce planningContributing to internal communications and colleague forumsSupporting the delivery and follow-up of People surveys
