Assistant Estates Surveyor (Interim Role) - East Midlands Local Authority
Location: East Midlands Interim Contract: Upto 9 - 12 months
Hybrid Working: Typically 3 days per week on site
Start Date: Mid November
Day Rate: £275 - £350 subject to experience (Umbrella)
The Opportunity
Macildowie are delighted to be supporting one of our regular local authority customers with the recruitment of this interim requirement for an Assistant Estates Surveyor
Working alongside the Corporate Property manager, the core duties within the will cover property management, lettings, lease management and asset management work.
About You
This is an excellent role for junior surveyor who has up to five years’ experience and is comfortable working across a broad range of duties across the authorities corporate property portfolio
You’ll bring previous experience of landlord & tenant work in particular whether in a client side or consultancy setting
Working alongside the Corporate Property Manager and the wider property team – you’ll bring strong communication skills and a proven ability to work within a team environment
