The Role An established law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Bristol.
The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied commercial property caseload, advising a broad range of clients across a range of transactions. You will work on matters from instruction through to completion while developing strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities Manage a varied commercial property caseload.Advise clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.Handle commercial leases, renewals, assignments and licences.Deal with property development and investment matters where appropriate.Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation.Manage transactions independently in line with your level of experience.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Work closely with colleagues and other professional advisers.Contribute to networking, marketing and business development activities.Maintain high standards of compliance, file management and client care. Requirements Qualified Solicitor or experienced Commercial Property Lawyer.Experience within commercial property is essential.Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and documentation.Ability to manage a caseload independently.Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.Excellent client-care and organisational skills.Commercially aware with an interest in business development.Applications welcomed from candidates at different levels of experience.
