Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll play an important part in shaping commercial strategy, influencing pricing and profitability decisions, and delivering valuable financial insight to drive business performance. With exposure to financial modelling, forecasting and commercial planning, you'll have the opportunity to challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and directly contribute to the business's continued success.

Key responsibilities include: Commercial Business Partnering: Work closely with commercial stakeholders, providing financial guidance, constructive challenge and recommendations to support business objectivesBudgeting & Forecasting: Support the development of commercial budgets, forecasts and business plans, delivering accurate, forward-looking financial informationProfitability & Margin Analysis: Analyse sales performance, pricing, margins and profitability across different sales channels, identifying opportunities to improve commercial performanceFinancial Modelling: Develop financial models, scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess pricing strategies, promotional activity and commercial opportunitiesPerformance Reporting: Deliver insightful weekly and monthly financial analysis, highlighting key variances against budgets and forecasts and providing meaningful commentaryPricing & New Business: Provide financial support for new business opportunities, pricing proposals and commercial decision-makingProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting, strengthen financial controls and make better use of commercial data and financial systemsCustomer Rebates: Manage customer rebates and commercial arrangements, ensuring accurate reporting and monthly reconciliations You will ideally have: ACA, ACCA or CIMA later stages or fully qualifiedPrevious experience within a commercial finance or finance business partnering role, ideally within a manufacturing environmentStrong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skillsExcellent understanding of pricing, profitability and margin analysis, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business performanceStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and provide meaningful financial insight to non-finance stakeholders If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Commercial Finance Business Partner opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
