Process customer sales orders accurately and within agreed order cut-off timesHandle complex customer queries and complaints via telephone, email and other communication channelsManage orders of varying complexity, including export documentation and certificationsBuild strong customer relationships and act as a key liaison between customers, sales and internal departmentsSupport and coach new Customer Service team members, including system training and identifying further development needsWork closely with departments including Sales, Warehouse, Shipping and Production to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth order fulfilmentContribute to key business projects including new product launches, customer onboarding, system improvements and process enhancements Required Skills & Experience:
Customer Service experience, ideally within a fast-paced commercial or manufacturing environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex customer queriesExcellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesConfident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using an ERP system such as Sage, SAP or OracleA proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues across the wider businessExperience with export orders/documentation would be advantageous If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Customer Service Representative opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
