Lead and manage the finance shared services team to deliver timely and accurate financial processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all deadlines are met.Provide strong financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall performance.Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Support audits and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date. A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
Strong experience in finance shared services or a similar financial management role, ideally FMCG industry experience.A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to identify and implement process improvements effectively.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
