A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:
Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes.Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders.A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
