Find and fix the root cause of repeat breakdowns, planning long-term fixes instead of reacting to themLead continuous improvement and planning, and check the quality of PPMs and engineering workWork alongside the shift supervisors and Maintenance Manager, and improve handovers between shiftsMostly off the tools, hands-on only for support or to investigate long-term issues What We’re Looking For:
Strong engineering background as a maintenance engineer, electrical or mechanical biasExperience in continuous improvement, planning or root cause analysisHeavy industry background advantageous Commutable From: Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Mexborough, Worksop, Chesterfield
