A well-established national law firm is looking to recruit experienced Residential Conveyancers to join its expanding remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for conveyancers who are confident managing their own residential property caseload and are seeking a role that offers fully remote working, strong internal systems and a transparent bonus structure. The firm has built a reputation for providing consistent workflow, modern case management systems and a supportive structure, enabling fee earners to focus on delivering excellent client service while maximising their earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completionHandle a range of property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold propertiesDeal with shared ownership matters, title queries and enquiries where applicableMaintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, lenders and other partiesProgress matters efficiently while ensuring high levels of client care and compliance Experience Required
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseloadAbility to handle files independently from instruction to completionStrong experience dealing with sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactionsExperience with shared ownership transactions is beneficial but not essentialExcellent organisation, time management and communication skillsComfortable managing a busy caseload in a remote working environment Salary & Benefits
