SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Westminster, London Job Type: Daily Supply, Ongoing Pay: Competitive daily rate
Reed Education are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide ongoing daily supply cover within a welcoming primary school. Due to a high number of pupils with EHCPs, the majority of assignments will involve supporting children on a 1:1 basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs.Assist children in accessing learning and achieving EHCP targets.Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.Work collaboratively with teaching and SEN staff. Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.Experience working with pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or communication needs is desirable.Patient, adaptable, and confident building positive relationships.Available for regular ongoing supply work.
