Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative lectures in business studies to A-level students.Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to effectively teach and evaluate students.Assess and grade students' coursework, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic progress.Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress to monitor and report on student achievements.Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them to enhance their understanding and skills in business studies.Stay updated with the latest developments in business education and integrate new teaching techniques as appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications:
A degree in Business, Education, or a closely related field.Proven experience teaching business studies at the A-level or higher education level, with a strong understanding of the subject matter.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and inspiring students.Ability to manage a classroom effectively, ensuring a productive learning environment.Flexibility to work part-time and cover classes as needed on Fridays.
