Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating the Wimbledon sales team to achieve annual targetsDriving new business, instructions and revenue across the departmentManaging key client relationships and negotiating high-value salesSupporting and developing the team to maximise performanceMaintaining strong local market knowledge and identifying new opportunitiesManaging the sales process from appraisal through to completionDeveloping referral opportunities across the wider global businessEnsuring high standards of compliance, service and client care About you:
Proven experience in residential sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager levelStrong track record of winning instructions and generating revenueExcellent leadership, negotiation and client relationship skillsCommercially driven with a strong understanding of sales performanceStrong knowledge of Wimbledon and the wider Southwest London marketConfident managing and developing a high-performing teamFull UK driving license If you’re interested in this Sales Manager position and you possess the required skill set, then apply now.
