The company:
A leading Build to Rent company is seeking a Resident Host for a high-end residential (Build to Rent) development in London. Working days are 4 days on, 4 days off, and hours between 7am – 7pm.
The role:
The Resident Host is responsible for liaising with residents, always providing excellent customer service. The Resident Host will also be responsible for carrying out Front of House duties, acting as first point of contact for residents, building maintenance and tenancy administration.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to residentsAct as first point of contact for residents, respond positive to customer queries and complaintsFront desk duties including signing in visitors to the building, parcel management and allowing access for contractorsLog communication with residentsSupport the organisation and execution of events, creating a communityBuilding inspectionsCarry out administrative support including logging maintenance requests and updating databasesFollow health & safety proceduresChase outstanding rent arrearsRaise purchase orders About you:
