Transport Compliance Coordinator -Beaconsfield
Hybrid Working | Monday-Friday | £28,000-£30,000 We're looking for a proactive and organised Transport Compliance Coordinator to support the safe, legal and efficient management of a nationwide fleet of HGV and light commercial vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle maintenance, MOTs and inspectionsMaintain accurate vehicle and driver compliance recordsMonitor vehicle defects and VOR casesLiaise with workshops, suppliers and service providersSupport driver compliance, tachograph and training recordsProduce compliance reports and KPI dataProvide general fleet administration support What We're Looking For:
Experience within transport, fleet, logistics or compliance administrationStrong organisational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailGood Microsoft Office skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate recordsFull UK driving licence What's on Offer:
