We are looking for driven, motivated and confident graduates to join our growing team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.

What does a Recruitment Consultant do? Recruitment is a people-focused, sales-driven career where no two days are the same. You will work with businesses to understand their hiring needs, source talented candidates and manage the recruitment process from the first conversation through to a successful placement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Business development: Building relationships with new and existing clients to identify recruitment opportunities.Candidate sourcing: Advertising vacancies, searching databases and approaching potential candidates.Interviewing and assessment: Understanding candidates' skills, experience and career aspirations.Relationship management: Developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.Negotiation: Managing expectations around salaries, offers and start dates to achieve successful outcomes.Target achievement: Working towards individual and team objectives while celebrating your successes.Market knowledge: Developing an understanding of your chosen industry and becoming a trusted recruitment specialist.
