The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop both sales and recruitment expertise, working with technology businesses and highly skilled professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new business through outbound calls, networking and business developmentBuilding relationships with technology companies and senior decision-makersIdentifying hiring requirements and understanding client needsSourcing and attracting technology and AI professionalsConducting candidate interviews and assessmentsManaging the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placementNegotiating salaries and offersBuilding your own network and candidate databaseBecoming an expert in your chosen technology marketWorking towards individual and team targetsDeveloping long-term relationships with clients and candidates What We're Looking For We're open to graduates, career changers and ambitious individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
