Salary: £28,000–£35,000 base + uncapped commission

We are looking for ambitious, driven graduates from Russell Group universities to join a high-performing executive search team in London. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will work across the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying and approaching exceptional candidates, developing relationships with senior professionals, winning new business and managing the process through to successful placement.
What you'll be doing Conduct targeted research to identify senior-level candidates and decision-makers.Approach and engage high-calibre professionals through LinkedIn, email and telephone.Build and maintain relationships with candidates and senior clients.Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.Develop a strong understanding of specific markets, sectors and talent pools.Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and identify the right talent.Develop your own network and eventually take responsibility for winning new business.Work towards ambitious individual and team revenue targets. What we're looking for We're particularly interested in graduates who are:
Educated at a Russell Group university, with a strong academic background.Commercially minded, competitive and motivated by financial reward.Confident communicating with senior professionals.Resilient and comfortable working towards challenging targets.Highly ambitious and motivated by rapid career progression.Naturally curious, persuasive and relationship-oriented.Comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations with new people.Previous sales, business development, recruitment or client-facing experience is advantageous but not essential.
