Recruitment Consultant - Reed Southend (Business Support Temps) Location: Southend-on-Sea Desk Coverage: Romford & Ilford Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following induction Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Full Time, Permanent
The Role Reed Southend is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Business Support division, managing a temporary recruitment desk across the Romford and Ilford areas.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm and growing desk, recruiting for a wide range of office support positions including Administrators, Customer Service Advisors, Receptionists, Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and other Business Support professionals. This role has become available due to office relocation, so expect to pick up warm clients and candidates.
Working with both existing and prospective clients, you'll build strong relationships, source high-quality candidates, and develop your market through a combination of account management and business development. This is a fast paced, rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to grow your desk and maximise your earning potential.
