The Role
Ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our dynamic team!
You’ll work our two shift pattern and play a key role in delivering high-quality products, supporting your team, and keeping our operations running safely and smoothly. If you’re proactive, flexible, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do Keep yourself and others safe by following HSE and PPE guidelinesProduce high-quality products and flag any issues quicklySupport daily production goals and work closely with your shift teamCommunicate clearly to ensure smooth handoversHelp drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiencyOperations include : flexo-print, flatbed die-cutting, gluers and stitchers What We’re Looking For A team player with good communication and problem-solving skillsSomeone flexible with shifts and able to work overtime when requiredAbility to follow procedures and maintain strong quality standardsConfidence using basic numerical informationExperience in a factory or shift-based role is a plus, but not essential Shift Pattern : 2 shifts : 7.00 am – 3.30 pm and 9.30 am – 6.00 pm What We Offer
