Now Hiring a Commercial Carpenter/Foreman We are seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter or Foreman to support a variety of commercial construction projects. Candidates should have hands-on experience with framing, drywall, trim installation, doors, cabinets, and finish carpentry. This position offers steady work with a team focused on safety, quality craftsmanship, and project success.Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial carpentry work including framing, drywall, doors, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry • Lead or assist with daily job site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications • Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project plans • Install drywall, trim, doors, cabinets, and other finish materials • Assign tasks, provide direction to crew members, and monitor workmanship when leading a project • Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project timelines and material needs • Safely operate hand and power tools while maintaining a clean and organized job site • Monitor quality standards, job progress, and material usage to ensure efficient project completion • Identify and resolve job site issues to keep projects moving forward • Communicate professionally with clients, project teams, and subcontractors • Work independently or as part of a construction team to meet project deadlines • Follow company safety policies and industry best practices • Assist with punch-list items, final walkthroughs, and project closeout activities Skill Recommendations

• 2+ years of commercial or residential carpentry experience • Experience with framing, rough carpentry, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and finish work • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project plans • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment • Leadership skills with the ability to direct crews and delegate tasks when needed • Experience coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Commitment to quality workmanship, job site safety, and meeting project deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus Why Work with Us:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
