Meanwhile, it’s fun and fast moving with a supportive team and management. Reporting into the FinOps Manager, you will work within a team of 4 FinOps. Your responsibilities will mainly include: Managing the mailbox, various slack channels and any queries within SLA Responsible for the set up and maintenance of supplier accounts Managing the processing of invoices and Paycargo Ownership of managing selected Freight supplier accounts Assisting stakeholders (internal and external) to manage invoice disputes and queries Assist the team to reconcile supplier statements Assist FinOps Manager with any project work Provide cover for team when needed Any other adhoc tasks that may come up Your role won’t necessarily be limited to this - we’re fast growing and everyone's day to day changes as the business grows. There is plenty of opportunity to progress and learn new things.
