You will run housing litigation for social landlords and join our close-knit Manchester team within our wider practice. Manage and defend disrepair claims and support legal assistants. Handle ASB injunctions and Environmental Protection Act matters. Run possession cases, including complex defences. Advise on residential leasehold and shared ownership issues.
