Ready to take the lead on complex legal risk and compliance matters in a firm that advises organisations and individuals, making a positive difference to society? You will support the Head of Risk, Compliance & Knowledge in delivering a specialist risk and compliance service across the firm. Working closely with partners, legal teams and business services colleagues, you will provide expert guidance on complex regulatory matters and help ensure compliance across the sectors we serve, including housing, property, social business and charities. Provide technical advice on SRA Standards & Regulations, AML, conflicts, data protection and wider regulatory requirements. Lead compliance audits, investigations and risk reviews, identifying improvements and driving best practice. Manage professional indemnity claims and support complaints handling and regulatory reporting. Deliver training, guidance and challenge to partners and senior stakeholders on risk and compliance matters. Lead projects responding to regulatory change and emerging compliance risks across the firm.
