Who are we looking for / What will you do? Join our fantastic team as our new LuminAir Events Sales Coordinator/Executive. Located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, the Booking Office is a great place to start your Groups, Conference and Events Career with exposure to a diversity of guests. This position includes the following main duties:
• Maximize revenue opportunities in group reservations, conferences and events in our rooftop bar LuminAir by driving sales leads and increasing conversions
• You will interact extensively with guests and clients with the intent of earning repeat and extension business.
• Receive and convert inbound inquiries to achieve goals and maximize revenue
• Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
• Arrange and execute hotel show tours
• Participate in hotel promotional activities
Who are we looking for:
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
• Confident telephone manner
• Demonstrated work experience in a sales environment
• The perfect candidate will be fluent in English (Dutch language skills are an advantage).
