Responsibilities: Analyze and implement updates to documentation resulting from project changes or feedback from the service network. Identify and resolve issues related to maintenance and repair processes. Participate in the management of After-Sales incidents and contribute to the improvement of deliverables intended for the service network. Analyze competitor data and other information to optimize repair solutions. Prepare technical repairability dossiers and repair specifications. Define and document repair operation standards, torque values, and associated spare parts lists. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Spare Parts, and Technical Documentation departments. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to cost, quality, and delivery performance. Your profile: Strong knowledge of automotive repair methods and labor time standards. Knowledge of vehicle systems, engines, and transmissions. Experience with technical documentation and Aftersales processes. Experience in analyzing product repairability and maintainability. Ability to interpret technical drawings, digital models, and technical documentation. Experience working with databases and industry-specific IT tools. English: upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B1-C1) French: upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B1-C1) Knowledge of SAP or other planning systems is considered an advantage Microsoft Office Suite: with advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills in multidisciplinary environments. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
