Outokumpu Stainless Distribution is looking to recruit a Team Worker to work within their UK Service Centre. The main responsibilities of the role are: To work in all designated operational areas as instructed by Shift Operations Manager To set and operate machines. To update computer system as is necessary upon completion of works instructions. Consistently work within the Company’s Q.A. and Health, Safety and Environmental systems and procedures. Assist with maintenance procedures within the limits of personal skill and competence. Operate forklift trucks and overhead cranes for material handling. Work to continuously improve the process and product. Ensure that material is processed and packed to meet the required customer specification. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in and around production areas The ideal candidate should possess: Current forklift truck license (essential) Knowledge of basic measuring equipment Knowledge and experience of the processes would be of benefit Numerate with a practical aptitude Flexible in approach to work, willing to learn and work in other areas as required. Ablility to work as part of a team Ablility to communicate and work with all levels of personnel Willing to work overtime as necessary Crane license required for particular activities (desirable) Should you wish to apply for the role, please do so by 20th October 2026.
