Job Description Buffer preparation for small and large-scale operations, IPQC operation of buffer and protein intermediate samples. ▪ CIP of chromatography systems, TFF systems and process vessels. ▪ SIP of TFF systems and process vessels. ▪ Operation of chromatography systems, TFF systems, Virus Filtration System, DS filtration for protein purification. ▪ Preparation, execution and maintenance of SOP’s, BPRs, qualification documents and other facility related documents. ▪ Co-ordinate with QC/QA teams on day-to-day activities of production operations. ▪ Review of executed BPR’s. ▪ Raw material and consumables inventory planning and maintenance. ▪ Operation, maintenance of sterile and decontamination autoclave. ▪ Deviation identification, initiation and investigation assistance for the facility related deviations. Work Experience Zero to Three Years Education Graduation Post Graduation in Biotechnology or Life Science Competencies
