An Outbound Logistics Specialist manages the timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers. They coordinate with warehouses and carriers, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues. The role ensures proper documentation, efficient routing, and smooth outbound operations Key Responsibilities
• Outbound operations covering 35 countries (EU and non EU) • Daily carrier coordination and shipment planning • Truck booking and capacity management • Delivery schedule / ETA monitoring • Transport cost and invoice control • Shipment exception management and escalation • Coordination with warehouse, couriers and customers • Return orders management • Damage and claim investigation and processing • Knox approvals related to costs of specific customers requirements-tail-lift, fixed time delivery
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or Education equivalent • Good Microsoft Excel skills • Assertive personality • Customer oriented • Curious, eager to learn and pro-active attitude • Constructive problem-solving skills • Advanced English in speaking and writing • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment • Team player, built and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved
