A Senior Outbound Logistics Specialist leads and optimizes all outbound shipping operations, ensuring high accuracy, speed, and cost‑efficient delivery. They coordinate complex transport planning, manage carrier performance, and resolve escalated logistics issues. The role includes improving processes, analyzing KPIs, and guiding junior team members. They ensure compliance, strong documentation, and seamless customer delivery performance. Key Responsibilities
• Overall carrier management and performance monitoring • Carries capacity planning and allocation • Rate/cost management and negotiation support • Transport issue escalation and resolution • KPI management and carrier performance improvement • Outbound team coordination and back-up for other planners
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience • Good Microsoft Excel skills • Assertive personality • Customer orientated • Curious, eager to learn and pro-active attitude • Constructive problem solving skills • English in speaking and writing • Ability to prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities in a fast paced environment • Team player, built and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved
