Responsibilities/daily tasks
• Perform assigned product manufacturing and or brazing responsibilities. • Perform brazing operations to join metal components using various brazing techniques and materials. • Clean, degrease, and properly prepare surfaces to be brazed, ensuring optimal adhesion. • Assemble parts in preparation for brazing, ensuring components are aligned and properly fitted. • Use a variety of hand, power and or pneumatic tools to complete the assembly and or system within the customer equipment. • Fabricate tubing using tube bending equipment. Following drawings and schematics for dimensional requirement. • Perform in-process checks and inspections throughout the process. • Complete shop paperwork / records to ensure that equipment is being built in accordance with the manufacturing / customer requirements. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. • Comply with the safety regulations and properly utilize personal protective equipment. • Abide by all internal United CoolAir polices to foster a safe, efficient, and exciting work environment. • Work with your manufacturing lead and team to meet scheduled deadlines. • Collaborate with various departments when necessary to provide the highest quality product to your customers. • Suggest process improvements to enhance brazing efficiency, product quality, and overall productivity.
