The project responds to research findings showing concerning levels of sexual harassment in schools, limited student awareness regarding consent and boundaries, and the absence of formal prevention and reporting systems within schools.2. Objective:The Education Specialist will lead the educational approach and pedagogy, technical implementation, contextual/cultural adaptation and quality assurance of school-based interventions focused on the prevention of sexual harassment. The specialist will support the development of culturally responsive educational tools, training materials, school dialogues, and student engagement approaches aligned with child protection and gender equality principles. The Education Specialist must uphold strict confidentiality, safeguarding, and child protection standards throughout the implementation of the project.
