Job SummaryYou will serve as an ELECTRICIAN SUPERVISOR I in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (SHOP 06) of PSNS and IMF.

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Major DutiesYou will plan daily and weekly work schedules, establishing priorities on the basis of work schedules, methods and instructions from higher level supervisors.You will assign work to subordinates and instruct them on work requirements, methods, and procedures as needed.You will inspect work in progress and upon completion, chanage work plans, assignments, and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs and meet schedules.You will resolve informal complaints and grievances among employees.You will enforce guidelines on standards of conduct, safety, and housekeeping.
