About this role
The Associate Marketing Specialist will work with marketing team members and managers to implement digital strategies that increase brand awareness, promote products, services and events, drive prospects to conversion, and nurture relationships using marketing automation software and other digital technologies. You will help to translate the company’s business objectives into successful online campaigns using technologies, tools and techniques including print and digital marketing, email and drip campaigns, sales collateral, and more.
What you’ll do here:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and customer needs into comprehensive digital campaignsProcess marketing requests by marketing product owners to build campaigns, landing pages, segments, curate content and special promotions in marketing automationIdentify opportunities for improving drip and nurture campaigns and implement and monitor them.Work with the marketing product owners to raise the visibility of meaningful content via the right digital channels so that it can be more easily found and consumed by target audiencesLiaise with counterparts across departments in order to learn about, share, and implement company policy, new initiatives, and best practices in marketing Required Skills
Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, Google AdWords/PPC advertising and social mediaProven success with executing effective marketing campaignsFamiliarity with CRM systems and marketing automation software like Eloqua, OCM, Constant ContactAn understanding of coding, HTML helpfulMicrosoft Office Suite proficiencyAbility to thrive in a team environment while managing several projects simultaneously with strong time management and prioritization skillsStrong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleaguesAttention to detail and accuracy and stay on deadlineThe ability to work independently and flexiblyRequired Experience
