Are you a native Norwegian speaker who wants to share your language with the world? Mondosol is looking for an enthusiastic Norwegian Language Teacher to join our international online teaching community. Norwegian may be a niche language — but the demand for excellent teachers is real and growing.
What You Will Do:
Teach Norwegian (Bokmål or Nynorsk) via live one-on-one and group sessions on Google MeetBuild engaging, personalized lesson plans suited to each student's level and purpose (travel, heritage, business, or general fluency)Help students develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in NorwegianDeliver clear, motivating feedback that keeps students progressingShare Norwegian culture, traditions, and context as part of the learning journeyTrack student development and continually refine your approachBecome a valued member of a growing global educator community Must Have:
Native or near-native Norwegian speaker (Bokmål and/or Nynorsk)Patient, encouraging, and student-centered teaching approachReliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspaceComputer with webcam and microphone for Google Meet lessonsNice to Have:
Experience teaching Norwegian as a second language (NOR2 or equivalent)Familiarity with Norwegian teaching certifications or curriculum frameworksKnowledge of why students want to learn Norwegian (heritage, relocation, academics)Ability to accommodate students in different time zones What We Offer:
