About the Roles
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:
Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service across our restaurants, bars, and events spacesSupporting daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service, functions, and guest experiencesLeading and supporting team members to deliver service excellence (Supervisor positions)Ensuring food and beverage standards are maintained in line with brand expectationsCreating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and team membersMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and workplace safety Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment (preferred)Current RSA certificationCurrent Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiencesAbility to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environmentA positive attitude with a willingness to learn and developStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysFor Supervisor roles, previous experience supervising or leading a Food & Beverage team is preferred At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
