What you’ll be doing
Creating, scheduling and coordinating marketing communications and campaignsManaging mlcoa LinkedIn content and monitoring performanceSupporting website content and updatesDeveloping marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, brochures and infographicsCoordinating conferences, sponsorships and educational eventsSupporting our national webinar program from promotion through to deliveryProducing EDM communications and other customer-facing contentKeeping marketing activities and calendars organised and on trackWorking collaboratively with stakeholders across mlcoa and MedHealthProviding responsive customer support and managing enquiries through the national inbox What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a similar marketing, communications or coordination roleExperience creating EDM communications using platforms such as HubSpotStrong Microsoft skills, with Adobe experience highly regardedA good eye for design and strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisation and prioritisation skillsA proactive, self-starting approach and ability to work with minimal supervisionMarketing qualifications and/or knowledge of IME or medico-legal services would be highly regarded Click on the APPLY button or contact Cassie Butcher to have a confidential discussion.
