As an RPA Developer, you will be part of our automation team, designing and delivering scalable solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Your mission is to ensure automation solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
You will collaborate with business users and IT teams, bridging the gap between requirements and implementation while promoting best practices and adoption.
In this role, you will
1. Technical implementation & expertise
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power AutomateBuild reusable and scalable automation frameworks (e.g. REFramework)Develop unattended botsIntegrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systemsTroubleshoot, maintain and optimize use cases and automation performanceMaintain documentation and reusable components2. Solution design & consulting
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation solutionsAnalyze and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)Translate requirements into technical solutionsAdvise on feasibility and create effort estimationAct as consultant in automation initiatives3. Governance, quality & best practices
Apply RPA standards and governance modelsEnsure code quality and compliancePerform “code / automation project” reviewsMaintain documentation and standards5. Continuous improvement & innovation
