About this role
As a Customer Success Specialist at keylight, you will play a key role in building strong and lasting relationships with key clients and effectively developing the clients’ portfolios. Daily, your activities will be focused on collecting feedback and managing customer communications, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your main activities will be focusing on:
responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely mannerscheduling and attending regular meetings with clients to check progress, address any concerns or questions, and offer guidanceoffering suggestions on how the product can be more efficient by analyzing customer datacollaborating with sales and product teams, to ensure the best possible experience for clients across all touchpointsproviding onboarding training to new customers and offering ongoing supporttracking and analyzing data to prepare reports and share inputs within the teamTo succeed in this position, you will bring to our company:
