HR Administrator Looking to build your career in HR within a friendly and supportive team?
We're recruiting for an HR Administrator on behalf of our client based in Dartford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people, staying organised and wants to develop their HR career within a welcoming and growing business.
You'll join a business that genuinely looks after its people, including a fantastic 41 days holiday allowance, so you can properly switch off and recharge.
What You'll Be Doing Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Preparing HR documentation, including contracts, letters and correspondence
Assisting with recruitment administration when required
Acting as a friendly and helpful first point of contact for employee queries
Handling confidential information professionally and in line with data protection requirements
What We're Looking For Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems
