A senior, influential role with a structured path to partnership. A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Winchester is looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified Business Services Senior Manager.
Winchester sits in one of the most prosperous parts of the South of England, with strong links to Southampton, London and the wider South Coast, and the firm’s business services practice reflects the quality of that local market. You’d oversee delivery across a varied client portfolio, work with partners on strategy and business development, and lead the managers beneath you. What’s the day to day of the role:
Leading accounts and business advisory delivery across a complex client portfolioReviewing work prepared by managers and junior staffActing as trusted adviser to senior client stakeholdersDriving proposals, networking and growth of the client baseMentoring and developing managers and junior members of the teamHelping shape the strategic direction of the practice with senior leadership Required skills and qualifications:
ACA or ACCA qualified with an exceptional business services background from practiceAt least seven years’ experience within a UK Practice environmentTrack record at manager or senior manager level across client and team managementDeep technical knowledge of UK accounting standards, corporation tax and financial reportingThe credibility to engage at board and partner levelCommercially driven, with a proactive approach to business development Benefits:
