This role would suit an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a strong sales background, although candidates with transferable estate agency experience and a genuine interest in property will also be considered. You will need to be proactive, confident and commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and a professional approach.

Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental propertiesConducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable advice to prospective tenantsNegotiating offers between landlords and applicants and progressing lets through to completionBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicantsCarrying out proactive business development and generating new lettings opportunitiesKeeping property details, applicant records and marketing information accurate and up to date What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency preferredStrong sales and negotiation skills with a commercial approachExcellent customer service and communication skillsConfident and professional telephone mannerProactive, self-motivated and able to work effectively within a busy teamGood knowledge of Farnham and the surrounding areas would be advantageousWell presented with a professional approach to propertyFull UK driving licence and access to a car preferred Is this the role for you?
