We are recruiting on behalf of a successful estate agency and financial services group with offices in the Basildon area who are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
The role offers access to a strong flow of leads generated internally, supporting consistent business opportunities. Any candidates applying for this role should be CeMAP or equivalent qualified and have CAS.

Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection productsManaging and converting internally generated leadsSupporting clients through the mortgage application and approval processMaintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company proceduresBuilding strong relationships with buyers, lenders, and estate agency colleaguesKeeping up to date with mortgage products, lenders, and market changes What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent mortgage qualificationPrevious experience as a Mortgage & Protection AdvisorStrong understanding of mortgage and protection productsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage and convert a strong lead pipelineOrganised with strong attention to detailProfessional and proactive approach to client relationshipsFull UK driving licence preferred Is this the role for you?
