The successful Lettings Manager will lead and motivate the branch team, drive new business and oversee the lettings operation, while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for growing the branch, winning new instructions and ensuring a consistently high level of service.

Lead, motivate and coach the branch team to achieve lettings targets and deliver excellent customer serviceDrive branch performance, profitability and business growth through effective sales and lettings strategiesGenerate new instructions by building relationships with landlords, prospecting and identifying new business opportunitiesCarry out valuations and provide landlords with expert advice on rental values, marketing and the lettings processOversee the day-to-day lettings operation, ensuring properties are marketed effectively and enquiries are followed up promptlyDevelop strong relationships with landlords and tenants while maintaining high standards of service and compliance What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience within residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Lettings Manager levelProven track record of winning new instructions and generating lettings businessStrong knowledge of the local rental market and current lettings practicesExperience of leading, motivating and developing a teamExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsCommercially minded with a strong focus on achieving targets and maximising revenueHighly organised, self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Is this the role for you?
