What You'll Be Doing
Proactively identifying and winning new businessDeveloping and nurturing your own portfolio of clients from initial contact through to long-term partnershipBuilding a strong pipeline through networking, market research, referrals, and outbound business development activityMeeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutionsNegotiating commercial agreements and securing profitable partnershipsWorking closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience What We're Looking For
Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or recruitmentA proven track record of generating new business and growing client relationshipsA self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to build your own deskExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsCommercial awareness with a proactive approach to identifying opportunitiesFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to client sites when required What's in It for You?
